1. Payment Methods

Payments are processed through our payment provider Stripe. We offer all common payment methods, including invoice purchase and prepayment. Payment is due at the time of ordering.

2. Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and weight of the order, and will be displayed to the customer during the ordering process.

3. Delivery Areas

We deliver our products to 58 countries and calculate corresponding shipping costs based on the delivery location.

4. Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times will be shown to the customer during the ordering process and depend on the delivery location as well as the availability of the products. We strive to deliver the ordered products as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation via email, which also includes a link for shipment tracking, if available.

6. Unforeseen Circumstances

We do not take responsibility for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
